Requirements:
• A solid understanding of account strategies and consultative selling. • 10+ years experience in business-to-business selling. • Proven ability to sell intangible service offerings and close new business. • Proven ability to deal professionally with customers, associates and upper management. • Expertise in selling principles including consultative and relationship selling, account planning, multi-level prospecting, negotiation and problem solving skills. • Ability to listen and understand complex issues. • Ability to define and evaluate customer needs and devise solutions. • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including oral, written communication and effective presentation skills are required. • Good listening skills. • Knowledge of general technology and business principles in applying technology solutions. • Experience selling technology and business services or business applications a plus. • Able to manage multiple processes and tasks. • Personal Computer skills such as word processing and spreadsheets. • Must have reliable transportation for local travel to client sites. • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University a plus.

Eide Bailly's Technology Consulting team is looking for a Sr. Sales Consultant to promote and sell profitable technology consulting services to businesses through professional, consultative, relationship sales.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets through the sale of profitable technology solutions & services. • Develop and maintain business relationships with revenue-producing clients. • Develop and execute on a personal strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. • Effectively and efficiently deliver on selling activities, including but not limited to: account planning, pre-sales activities & prospecting, customer presentations, proposals, negotiating, closing, handing off to delivery etc. • Understand our clients' business and our business. • Deliver a positive professional client experience. • Keep management informed by participating in sales meetings and updating CRM. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and make recommendations for improvements. • Work as a team with the rest of the organization to sell & service Eide Bailly Technology Consulting clients. • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and the technology industry as it relates to the clients we serve. • Work with the rest of Eide Bailly to service mutual firm clients.
