Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred with three years experience or Associate's degree in computer science or related field with four years experience in network administration or H.S. Diploma or equivalent with industry specific certifications and five years experience in related field. •Demonstrated understanding of project management methodology. •Working knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. •Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines. •Banking experience preferred. Specifically in the lending, mobile banking and HAS. •Strong process documentation experience.

The Business Analyst is a 4 month consulting opportunity, working on high profile projects for our client.
This Business System Analyst acts as a liaison between IS Staff and internal and external clients, analyzes business processes, recommends solutions and process changes.
Responsibilities: •Maintains a comprehensive understanding of assigned internal and external business processes. -Defines and documents business requirements, as part of the IS Project Management methodology, through interaction with assigned business area representatives. -Translates business requirements into appropriate technical specifications for internal or external software developers and report analysts. •Responsible for overseeing all changes of assigned processes. •Responsible for successfully implementing all new business processes. •Customer Service -Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery. -Provides timely and thorough follow up with, internal and external customers. -Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command. •Quality Assurance -Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction. -Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters and recommend viable solutions. -Performs self quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals. -Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance. -Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures. -Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality -Tests systems and/or applications against documented requirements as part of the IS Project Management methodology.
