Level I requires knowledge of business systems and processes at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems or related field and three years experience in utility or related business practices.
Level II requires an additional year of experience including all aspects of Level I. Must also have demonstrated skills and expertise in key business analyst competencies.
Key Skills & Competencies: • Must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects. • Must have in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relating to business and related business software systems. Knowledge of JD Edwards or other related financial software a plus. • Collaborate with customers on business needs and process improvements. • Define, document and suggest process improvements related to use and deployment of various system modules for company's financial software. • Define and develop software test templates and plans related to proposed software solutions. • Provide support and suggestions to promote quality and standards in software initiatives and services. • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. • Keep current on new technology

Individual will assist in supporting the organization development efforts in implementation and deployment of manual and automated systems to meet the business requirements for the organization.
