Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: •Master's degree or equivalent in assessment/measurement, social science, higher education, educational research, or related field •Two years of full-time experience in Student Affairs or higher education assessment of programs and services •Strong collaborative, team-building style for establishing and maintaining collegial working relationships with faculty/staff/students in the Division and across the University •Creative, innovative, with the ability to develop and implement new ideas and methods for the continuing evolution and improvement of assessment practice •Skill in data collection and management •Computer skills to support assessment activities •Effective presentation and writing skills •Excellent communication and public relations skills Preferred Qualifications: •PhD in related area •Experience in higher education assessment (i.e., campus labs)

Job Description: The position provides leadership for the Division of Student Affairs related to all assessment activities and collaborates with other campus leaders to enhance the assessment efforts critical to student success, as well as student services and programs. This position will also be crucial in providing assessment outcomes necessary for performance (i.e., retention and graduation) and accountability measures.
