Job Description:
IT Network Software Administrator

Primary Job Function:
Provide support locally and remotely for Construction Material Industry software. Provide efficient and effective support to all Strata employees who utilize personal computer hardware, software, attached peripherals and networking equipment. Candidate should also exhibit a desire to learn and have the ability to adapt to a growing work environment.

Education, Experience & Skills (Minimum Requirement):
Must have a two-year degree in computer-related and 2-4 year's work experience preferred. Must have knowledge of personal computers, servers and network hardware, including peripherals, software, desktop/server operating systems and networking hardware attachment/integration. Construction Software knowledge a plus.

Customer Service:
• Interacts with employees in a friendly and courteous manner
• Takes immediate action to meet requests or needs
• Works with employees to resolve problems and escalates to IT Manager or Network Admin

Job Specific Competencies:
• Strong technical skills of computer networks (LAN/WAN)
• Above average knowledge of hardware and software integration pertaining to construction industry/materials
• Advanced problem solving skills and troubleshooting with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of SQL
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task
• Telecommunications skills preferred - implementation, setup and support
• Helpdesk support and service
• On-site system implementation
• Self-start with good decision making abilities
• Other duties as assigned/required

Must possess current valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug testing.
