Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: •Master Plumber License •7 years experience in plumbing •1 year Supervisory Experience or Ability To Supervise •Proficient computer skills - i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel •Valid Drivers License •Gas Line Installation license or ability to obtain within 1 year •Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: •10 years experience in plumbing •2 years experience with budgets or estimates •5 years supervisory experience •Knowledge of HVAC
Job Description:
Responsible for directing and supervising all campus plumbing installation, maintenance and repairs of plumbing equipment, sewer and water systems, storm water systems, and other appurtenances in connection with national and state plumbing codes. Which includes; knowledge and installation of condensate piping, pumps, pressure reducing stations, steam traps, and related areas of maintenance. Responsible for taking care of steam and heating inside of buildings. This position must coordinate and assist with other campus trades i.e. HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting
Compensation: Commensurate on Experience
