Job Description:
Performs detailed engineering designs, economic analyses, and cost estimates for construction and O&M projects. Responsible for ensuring the Company's natural gas operations remain compliant with Federal and State pipeline safety regulations. Provides direction, training, technical guidance, and resource knowledge to departmental staff and regional personnel.
Minimum Qualifications: Level I/II: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil) along with an EI (Engineering Intern) or an EIT (Engineering in Training) Certificate and (Level II) two years related work experience.
Level III/Sr: Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil), an EIT (Engineering in Training) Certificate, and five (Level III)/ seven (Sr. Level) years of progressively responsible experience and understanding in the energy industry including utility.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer a Senior Level Engineer with working knowledge of natural gas utility operations and ability to apply developed engineering skills and techniques, manage projects, provide leadership and technical support to co-workers and operate with broad authority for decisions affected assigned functions.
