Job Description:
The Department of Plant Pathology at North Dakota State University has a postdoctoral research Associate position available to conduct research on the biology of soybean pathogens of soybean. The individual will be working on various aspects of the biology of soybean pathogens such as host resistance, genetic variation, pathogenicity and interaction with soil fungi. The research will require using various laboratory, greenhouse and field techniques including inoculations of crops to characterize pathogenicity of soil borne pathogens. The appointment is for one year, with additional years depending on satisfactory performance and funding.
