JOB PURPOSE

Assist in the management of the fulfillment center activities. Provide effective supervision to Fulfillment Center staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide direction and supervision to the Fulfillment Center staff to achieve maximum efficiency and potential.
Oversee Fulfillment Center work assignments and be responsible for timely and accurate shift scheduling for team members and contracted labor.
Perform installation, service, repair, or maintenance as needed.
Respond to escalated customer inquiries and apply successful solutions.
Coordinate the certification and training activities of the Fulfillment Center.
Maintain the Fulfillment Center’s fleet of Company vehicles and equipment.
Manage the warehouse, inventory, and related personnel.
Implement and oversee successful training programs for new and existing personnel.
At sites where there is no dedicated inventory staff, FFC Supervisor is responsible for all inventory functions in accordance with standard Materials Management policies and procedures; including inventory levels, performing cycle counts, fulfilling tech material orders, receiving cycle counts, warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Produce timely and accurate reporting.
Complete Midco First Time Right Broadband I certification within 90 days of hire. Consistently apply First Time Right principles in all aspects of work.
Possess knowledge of Midco’s safety program (Target Zero), practice and enforce safety rules and procedures; operate all equipment in a safe manner.
Operate and drive a Company vehicle in accordance with Midco’s "Use of Vehicle for Company Business" policy.
Provide timely performance feedback and daily coaching. Perform annual reviews and effectively manage disciplinary and/or performance problems.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Adhere to Midco privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
Maintain regular attendance to be available to provide direction and communication to team members.

Communicate with other departments to handle any escalating issues in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED required. Some college or vocational training preferred.
NCTI Installer and Installer Technician certifications required. Other industry related certifications will be considered.
Minimum three to five years installation experience required.
NCTI System Technician certification is required for this position. Employees without current certifications must be certified within 12 months of attaining this position.
Service Technician certification is required for this position. Employees without current certifications must be certified within 6 months of attaining this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 70 lbs.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and risk of radiation and vibration.
In-person visits to a customer’s home or place of business are normal in the performance of this job. Specific abilities required include accessing a customer's home or place of business by stairs or elevator, operating doors or other entrances, navigating hallways and buildings, etc., and adapting successfully to a constantly changing environment.
Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
Must be able to climb poles, ladders, and other structures with proper equipment.
Must be able to work from elevated heights and in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
