Job Description:
Project Manager / Estimator

AE2S Construction specializes in construction and program management, process piping, electrical and controls installations, and other related services. Our construction managers and superintendents, electrical engineers, master electricians, programmers, CADD, and other support professionals have experience in design/build/maintenance of pipeline systems and associated facility infrastructure, new installations of pad sites, and new construction or upgrades to salt water disposal facilities and freshwater depots. In addition, we provide a full range of electrical and controls services, including as-builts and other deliverables, electrical system installs, safety and security services, predictive maintenance analysis, energy savings services, lighting, instrumentation and controls, SCADA, and telemetry, among other things.

AE2S Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to prepare full estimates on small, medium, large, and complex jobs including providing complete conceptual and final estimating input on total bid price for electrical work. Manage projects including developing electrical project budgets and schedule to project closeout. The successful person will also deal with owners, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical matters during negotiations and contract executions.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meet financial objectives by completing estimates, developing project budgets, bidding, tracking project expenses, evaluating project activity, and other related tasks
*Define projects objectives, create schedules, and oversee quality control through the entire project
*Manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules to project closeout
*Ensure appropriate materials, tools, personal protective equipment, and inventory are available to successfully complete projects
*Manage electrical crews scheduling and communicate job expectations
*Provide technical assistance to team members on complex projects
*Assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete projects



Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
*10 years of experience in electrical field
*4 years of Industrial estimating experience
*4+ years of project coordination/field supervising
*Journeyman Electrical License
*Estimating software experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor degree in related field
*CADD experience
*Experience working with labor unions
*Master’s Electrical License
*Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
