Transportation Tips and Info
Jefferson Bus Lines travels from Fargo to Williston daily with stops in Grand Forks, Lakota, Devils Lake, Rugby, Towner, Minot, Stanley and Williston. Much less complicated to fly to Fargo, then take one bus to Williston.
To get from Bismarck to Williston, take the New Town Bus Service from Bismarck to Minot on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday and arrive at Minot Bus Depot at 6:15 pm. Then catch the Jefferson Bus at the Minot Bus Depot at 1:15 pm then next afternoon, which will take you to Williston.
Minot Bus Depot handles booking for New Town Bus Service and Jefferson Bus Lines. For a direct bus trip just using Jefferson, you may call Jefferson as well.
