Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist - Williston, ND
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and contractors to develop and implement outstanding control solutions that exceed client needs and expectations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
--- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot process instrumentation and control system components.
--- Troubleshoot electrical and control system problems by reading control wiring schematics and PLC logic.
--- Assist in business development activities which may include identification, evaluation, pursuit, and/or management of project opportunities.
--- Maintain and modify existing water and wastewater control systems.
--- Some travel required.
--- Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Electronics Technology, or similar field
--- Experience with programming, start-up, commissioning, and service of complex instrumentation and control systems.
--- Experience with SCADA/HMI, telemetry, PLC/logic control, and industrial networks (wireless, fiber optic, Ethernet, and serial).
--- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other employees.
--- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial technology, or related field
--- 3-5 years experience
--- Experience with RSLogix 500/5000, Allen Bradley PanelView, WonderWare, Ignition HMI, and Ethernet networking
