The HR Representative is accountable for the general day to day operations of human resources and benefits in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. This role effectively interacts with facility leadership and staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
In addition, this role will be responsible for community marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing census through relationship management with families, referral sources and other key stakeholders. Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans.

Ability to travel to and from health care facilities, events, shows, etc.
Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of contact management system programs and social media.
