Teach management/business-related courses. The normal teaching load is five three-credit courses per year, with the possibility of teaching load reduction depending on research productivity. Conduct and publish quality research. Provide service to the university and business community.
This is an Assistant or Associate Professor of Management position. Successful candidates are expected to have teaching interests in Entrepreneurship/Small Business, International Business, and/or Strategy and research interests in International Entrepreneurship/International Business, and to develop research in immigrant entrepreneurship.

Ph.D. in Business, Management, Economics or related disciplines (ABD may be considered).
