We are seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to assist in research and content for proposals, proposal development, and production; maintain and update marketing materials and database; technical editing and writing; develop PowerPoint presentations and assist with rehearsal of presentations. In addition to proposal development, the Proposal Coordinator will support other marketing functions as part of a larger marketing team.

Proposals and Presentations
Monitor and report on RFPs and opportunity announcements.
Participate in the Go/No-Go Process relating to leads and RFPs.
Perform proposal writing, research, and data gathering.
Publish and enforce schedules, arranging meetings, and facilitating the submission and iteration of author input.
Prepare for and assist rehearsal of presentations, including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other supporting material.
Remain current on all ongoing client relations via PMs while providing Manager with updates.
Create graphics and perform photo editing for proposals and presentations.
Prepare and update resumes for all staff members.
Understand the marketing and business development process in Deltek Vision, have a full working knowledge of Deltek Vision info centers, and produce detailed queries and reports in the Deltek Vision system.
Assist in maintaining a system for RFP tracking.
Review industry related opportunities and route appropriately.
Help maintain a central file of written materials, resumes, photographs, slides, etc. covering all proposals past and present. Help research and assemble written and visual background and exhibits on current projects.
Help maintain and manage company brand standards and quality control procedures in the proposal process.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field required.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4+ years’ experience.
Ability to be flexible, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively to develop a team environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities. Job requires detail orientation and the ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment to meet client needs.
Proficient with CRM (Deltek preferred)
Experience in an Architectural/Engineering/Construction firm
