Surveyor - Minot or Dickinson, ND
AE2S seeks a motivated and driven team member to join our Minot or Dickinson, ND team. The successful candidate will work on a survey crew to provide surveying services in support of internal projects and directly for clients with potential for advancement to crew chief.

Conduct field surveys for boundaries, topography, GIS data collection, geodetic control, etc.
Provide construction staking for site layout, structures, grading, paving, roadways, drainage features, etc.
Prepare plats, maps, and record drawings
Assemble field data, perform survey calculations, and prepare legal descriptions


Basic Requirements

Degree in surveying or a related field.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic knowledge of survey equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Automatic level.
Knowledgeable in the effective practices, methods, and techniques of land surveying.
Knowledge of state-specific standards of practice in Land Surveying.
Valid Driver’s License.
Land Surveyor in Training certified or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship experience in land surveying.
