Evaluate college credit (including Credit by Exam, Dual Credit, International, and Military) for transferability to NDSU and determine course equivalencies of college credit accepted in transfer by NDSU.
Meet with prospective and enrolled transfer students both directly and through on-campus outreach efforts.
Assist in the management and maintenance of the Transfer Evaluation System (TES).
During peak times, assist with the processing of various transfer student transactions and functions.
Assist in the creation of transfer guides and articulation agreements.
Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
Formally present pertinent transfer information to perspective and admitted students.
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, ocassional night or weekend for special events, approximately 5 times a year

One year work experience in an education/academic environment or related office experience with deadline driven activities
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Accurately and consistently plans and executes projects in a timely manner
Demonstrates effective oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
Comfortability working with computer systems and new software technologies
Strong customer service experience/skills
Familiarity working as a professional in higher education with academic-related issues
Experience working with transfer or military student related issues
Experience working with customer confidentiality
Proficient computer skills which include Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access) PeopleSoft/Oracle, or other student information systems, Image Now or other imaging software
Familiarity with NDSU academic policy and procedure
Demonstrated presentation skills in a professional setting
