This position administers the company’s benefits, payroll and timekeeping and provides administrative support for company and corporate staff members. The successful candidate will be patient and conscientious with a strong attention to detail. This position requires an individual that is people-focused with a helpful, “service” orientation.
Work schedule will primarily be normal business hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours required as needed.
• Associate degree or equivalent in human resources, business, administrative support or related field and three years progressive related experience and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires a valid driver’s license
• Previous experience performing human resource related tasks such as administering benefits, timekeeping, payroll and/or wellness programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using a computer, fax, projector and office related products
• Experience in effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience with confidential information and/or maintaining confidentiality
