Responsibilities consist of the delivery of Credit Union business products and services and administration of the existing portfolio while assisting loan officers in all phases of processing and servicing of commercial and agriculture loans. Actively listens for opportunities to provide additional services to members and communicates that to the appropriate team member. This position will work closely with our business lenders, while offering outstanding service to our members. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of lending principles and procedures, loan services, and collections. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and personal computer/word processing skills required with a strong desire to work towards accuracy.
