Job Description:
Position Description & Details: 
Repair and install refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.  Repair air distribution equipment such as air handlers, exhaust fans.  Repair pneumatic and DDC controls such as thermostats, sensors, controllers, etc.  Repair heating and cooling pumps and hot water tank valves.

Responsibilities: 
Repair and maintenance of all heating and cooling equipment on campus; Maintain all ventilating equipment; Repair and maintenance of pneumatic and DDC controls.

Work Schedule: 
7:30AM - 4:00PM  Monday thru Friday (24/7 rotating callback schedule)

Advertised Salary: 
$57,000.00/min year

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: 
*Associates Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration OR 5 years field experience
*City of Fargo journeyman's license for heating, cooling and natural gas or the ability to obtain within 1 year
*Certified EPA approved cooling tech license or the ability to obtain within 1 year
*Valid Driver's License 
*Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
*Ability to work well with others as well as part of a team
*Customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications: 
*Special subject knowledge - DDC controls, pneumatic controls, refrigeration, hot water, steam controls & systems
*Computer skills with DDC systems and microprocessor controllers
*Universal approved for all air conditioning and refrigeration.
