Position Description & Details:
The Department Office and Finance Manager will provide administrative support and management for the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering (CCEE).
Primary responsibilities of the position include: office management; policy and procedure oversight; accounting and financial management; supervision of office staff; faculty, staff, and student services; and other duties as assigned. This position is responsible for providing the planning, development, and implementation of approved budgets for the department.
Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in the field of business, finance, accounting or related field.
*3+ years of directly related work experience.
*Demonstrated financial and analytical skills, including development and management of budgets.
*Technical experience developing databases and spreadsheets to support departmental functions.
*Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office Suite.
*2+ years of effective supervisory experience.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
*Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and problem solve.
*Ability to work within a deadline driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
