Job Description:
Position Description & Details:
Performs all necessary duties to serve food to customers. Executes all necessary tasks to assure a high degree of cleanliness, quality and sanitation in food production and food service areas. Maintains all equipment used at workstations in an acceptable and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:
*Food Service Responsibilities - Completes prep work, set-up, maintenance, teardown and clean-up to ensure smooth execution of service.
*Supervisory Responsibilities - Oversees work of staff to assure all duties are completed correctly and timely
*Supervise safety and sanitation.
*Role model teamwork and excellent customer service.
*Provide support for all aspects of Quarantine Meal service.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, nights and weekends as needed to meet customer demands

Advertised Salary:
$18.00 +/ per hour

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED
*Minimum 3 years experience in a food service operation/catering
*Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a food service operation/catering.
*Valid Driver’s License and be able to drive a truck with a lift.
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Ability to contribute to a positive and productive team environment
*Computer with Microsoft Office, Outlook email, garbage disposals, knives, coffee maker, dish machine, chemical dispensers, & washer/dryer.

Preferred Qualifications:
*College or university food service experience
*Food Safety Certification
*Menu Management Programs, such as FoodPro
