Family Healthcare Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our growing team of innovative professionals. We are a closed door, clinic pharmacy operating at 2 sites in Fargo, ND. We are looking for a candidate that will be a positive addition to our team by providing excellent customer service and culturally sensitive patient care. The Pharmacy Customer Service Representative will work under the direct oversight of a Registered Pharmacist to assist in the technical services of preparing medication for dispensing. Pharmacy staff dispense prescriptions, provide patients education on use of medication, perform clincial services related to medication management, maintain patient records, and provide drug and product information to medical providers of the health care center. The pharmacy complies with all state and federal laws regarding the practice of pharmacy. Candidate must also possess good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with pharmacy and clinic staff, medical providers, and patients.
Monday - Friday
$40,000+/year - salary to commensurate with experience.

*Experience working with clinical platforms (Outcomes and MTM Express) for medication management services
