Job Description:
Position Description & Details:   
Provide administrative support to all programs and Center Director at the DREC, assist with payroll, accounts payable & human resource duties and perform the necessary day to day clerical tasks.

*Perform departmental receptionist duties
*Perform departmental administrative duties.
*Website management.
*Work safely

Work Schedule:   
Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Advertised Salary: 
$36,000 +/ commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED.
*One year of directly related experience in an office environment or customer service role.
*Proficiency with computers and computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
*Demonstrated receptionist ability.
*Demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals.
*Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Ability to work in a team setting and independently.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: 
*Associate degree, bachelor's degree or two years working experience in a related field.
*Experience with Campus Connection/Peoplesoft.
*Experience with web site maintenance and/or web site creation.
*Knowledge of university policies and procedures.
*HR functions such as on-boarding, payroll, track training, etc.
*One year of administrative experience.
*Experience with social media including web site maintenance.
*Experience using digital meeting platforms.
*Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills.
*Good problem solver, resourceful and self-motivated.
*Utilize creative approaches to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
