Horizon Health Care is seeking a Director of Human Resource in our Administrative office in Howard, SD.

DIRECTOR OF HR POSITION

The Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources functions. Position will consist of some travel to other clinic sites and some travel for training or conferences.






Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS


Master's Degree or SHRM certified.

Strong Communication skills

Highly Professional

Problem Solver

Develop strategies for improvement
